At Studio Nuova, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Please read the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch:
  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier.
  To cancel, email us at contact@studionuova.in with your order number.
• After Dispatch:
  Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made or special edition pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product passes inspection, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
• In Refund process incase of product being defective, The customer must have an unboxing Video

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Damaged or used products returned without proper packaging.
• Returns initiated after the 7-day window.
• Custom or personalized products.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• In case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.
