We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us at contact@studionuova.in for a custom shipping quote.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal service charge may apply.
3. Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timelines:
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Non-metro areas: 5–7 working days
Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 10–12 business days to dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime using the tracking link shared via email.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).
We will inform you in case of any significant delay and assist with alternative options if needed.
6. Packaging
All products are securely packaged using shockproof and eco-friendly materials to avoid damage in transit.
Please do not accept deliveries with visible damage or tampering.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
In case of missing, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@studionuova.in with images and order details.
